  The woman at the second window is so nasty and rude I've been in there quite a few times and never ever have I seen her smile or say good morning, good afternoon nothing. I was cashing a check and asked to use a pen she basically threw it at me SMH. I thought bank tellers we're supposed to be friendly? She obviously doesn't like her job she needs to go elsewhere!

  The lady on the customer service line was so disrespectful. I asked a simple question, her response was "Why are you asking that?" and proceeded to give me an attitude. I will never open an account at that bank!

  I wanna rate them no stars really. They embarrassed my wife there. Wouldn't let her withdraw money they didn't know why. So wifey had to go to our PNC and get the money out no problem. They dont wanna work..

  Newer people since the last time I have been in there. Very nice and cordial staff compared to the last time I was in there. Thank you for taking the time to hire good people who care about customer service! I will be back.

  Racial Profiling: I have never experienced the most humiliating & embarassing behavior ever & not just for me, that included a new teller in training. We moved to the Gordej Sq and we have been using this bank for the last past two plus years. You have a Head Teller who does NOT fit this environment, or we need a different institution. The behavior we experienced makes the decision to use online & automated systems more appealing. Extremely sad & disappointed for this bank.
