  Hours are fairly limited, but the customer service has always been very good. Not too busy--never had to wait too long. One of the few PNC locations with safe deposit boxes. Once the safe door was closed too early by accident and I couldn't get to my safe deposit, but I was grateful for the efforts of the bank employees to try and rectify the situation.

  Extraordinary bank! As a long term PNC Bank credit card customer, I highly recommend the institution. I was so pleased by the extremely high quality customer service I received today from William (Credit Card Customer Service in the Columbus OH area), I had to write this review. Professional and courteous service delivered with personal empathy. Hoping William gets recognized for excellent work, I recommend PNC Bank credit card.
