  Went here before work and received HORRIBLE service. Rude and ignorant of banking laws. If at all possible, avoid this branch

  I really enjoyed my experience at the PNC in Fairwood. The young lady Stephanie was a pleasure to speak to upon entering the bank. She was very helpful and friendly. This bank needs more staff like her.

  The staff at the PNC Bank in Fairwood Shopping Center, Bowie, MD are phenomenal. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
