  It's ashame how organizations treat their customers in urban areas. It's the 1st of the month, a line with 4 to 5 customers, 2 tellers helping one person with a transaction and someone else is counting money... I guess customer service isn't important because it's the beginning of the month, most people walk to these banks and no way to a different location and because they can treat us black customers poorly. It's sad!!!

  I've been with this bank 🏦 so many years. Inside the bank 🏦 has like a history look to it.

  I opened an account on 09/09/21 and while there I accidentally left my Apple airpods at the Camden branch located at 110 N Broadway. At the time I realized I left them, the bank closed for the day so I knew the next day I would call to retain them. I took my airpods out of my ear while in the bank so I know that was the last place I had them. I went from the bank to the car wash and thoroughly checked my car and purse and they weren’t in either place. Also, find my iphone shows my last location of the pods which was the bank. When I called and spoke to who was so called in charged, they were of no help and simply useless. So I go back to the Camden branch and no one knows what’s going on. We don’t have them they say but I notice cameras all around the bank. Now I didn’t suggest the cameras be ran back but when I called to customer relations I surely suggested they check to see if their staff are thieves. Now there is a possibility that a customer stole them, however, from the manager to all the staff, everyone was defensive instead of helpful so my money is on the staff.

  Love the tellers, especially Carol and Missy. The manager Shelia is so very helpful also. Great experience going to this branch because of these wonderful people.

  Old security guard Luis was very rude. He even cursed at me while I was getting In my car. I'll never go back .lll also be calling the bank to talk to them Just because of the security guard.
