  Staff does their very best under tough conditions. All is takes is one customer to tie up one of the staff for awhile to cause a backup. The staff does the best they can and are always helpful and courteous. Very knowledgeable as well.

  When the manager from 2-3 years ago was promoted we took our money out of PNC. Some staff here are good, some are tough. I am a tough customer and some of their staff didn't get that. Can get BUSY because there is not a lot of tellers.
