  Rude tellers, if you do not have an account here..Had a customer write me a check from pnc bank ,for work that was done for them..Not only were they rude ,they wanted to charge a 65 dollar fee for cashing it ! You people are part of the problem, here in America! License to steal ! I'll be telling everyone I know about this incident!

  Don't go to this location if you want assistance with your account the same day. You're better off calling the customer service phone number.

  First bank that made me feel like I was part of a banking family rather than just a bank account number. Wish other locations had the change counting machine, its such an added bonus feature.
