::had to open a philippine peso account.I was worried knowing the fact that they're currently short with manpower BUT I am later on impressed with Ms ERIKA and Ms PINKY who showed so much patience and exerted their best efforts to accomodate my request the soonest possible. AND TAKE NOTE: YEP IT TAKES TIME TO REACH THEM THRU PHONE BUT NOT ONLY THEM NEEDS TO HAVE PATIENCE RIGHT?! ::I wanted to give a zero but it won't allow me to. I guess, Filipinos need PNB no matter how bad the customer service to this branch is but I bet you it would be different if your someone they know. That's why we never advanced to the kind of life our neighboring countries are experiencing now. MY GOSH, WILL IT HURT YOU PEOPLE TO PICK UP THE PHONE OR RETURN A CALL OR AN EMAIL??? If it's too impossible for you to do these then put a notice saying NO MATTER HOW URGENT IT IS, WE NEVER EVER RETURN A CALL AND WE NEVER EVER RESPOND TO AN EMAIL...unless we know you or you're someone super duper important.

::Beyond poor customer service! No answers the call even the local number. We been calling 100 times everyday, very regretful that we open Checking and savings account 4months ago and not receiving atm card and checking book, and now planning to close the account, think twice before opening such an account here.
