  Chris & Bob (P.M.S. Selective Services, Indy) are friendly, exceptional, and highly experienced professionals in delivering a PERFECT variety of property maintenance solutions. They prioritize (without being told) based on the nature of repair work needed. When we had a water leakage (water heater problem), they purchased the necessary appliances required, and stayed the evening (same day as was reported) to complete the job. They spent, from my experience as a homeowner, half the time others have used to solve similar problems. They are dedicated, trustworthy, and reliable. Because of Chris & Bob, and without any reservations, I recommend P.M.S. Selective Service to any home or business owner within the Indy Metro Area for all property maintenance needs.

  PMS select services is a great solution for property owners. They do everything from locksmith to roofing to board ups to kitchen cabinets. My experience with them has been excellent! Chris is as true blue as they come. He considers quality as well as affordability! Chris, thanks for all your help! By the way that 5% referral fee comes in handy.
