::The place is grand and historic. The restaurant itself is incredibly beautiful. The food is pretty good but could be better. We had salmon and lobster. Both were cooked beautifully but we're lacking flavor. Would certainly go again to try different dishes. Wine list is excellent.

::The Beeswax Poached King Salmon was a pleasant experience. It was the best salmon I had ever tasted. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxing.

::The food is okay, in my opinion not deserving of a Michelin star. Service was solid, but I've had better in DC. Stuffy atmosphere, pretentious. Overall, a good restaurant, but at that price, I was hoping for more.
