  I’ve never had a problem with this location. Maybe it’s just certain workers. And if that’s the case, there defo needs to be training involved. I like that they greet you b4 and after the transaction. They even fill out the money order for you. There is ntn wrong with suggesting to the on-site manager to train his/her staff.

  Very stink attitude. Her name was Michele (may be misspelled) . i LITERALLY just walk out of there. Her supervisor had to tell her to pass me a working pen (she rolled her eyes) after i used 3 that didn’t work that was out in the open..... No goodmorning, have a nice day NOTHING! but her supervisor was sweet and actually did say goodmorning.

  The staff couldn't provide WU provider number so that I could complete a transaction. They were unhelpful and unprofessional at best. No one should have to spend 30 minutes on a transfer, and still not receive the service they need.

  I put a job applied for a job at this location. The manager told me come next day at 10:30am for a interview. Showed up the next day waited 45 minutes only to tell me here a paper to take a month test online. I got dressed for a interview. Wasted my time. Imagine how the store manager must treat his employees. I was upset and hurt. This location is poor management. Customer service is horrible. Hate the store manager disrespectful. Customer service is horrible. Management need talk to people with respect.
