  My registration was $30 and they charged me an extra $30 for a "convenience fee" what a rip off save yourself $30 and go to dmv

  Since moving back to Phoenix, I have been trying to dig myself out of a financial hole. When my bank acct is overdrawn I find myself having to walk 5 blocks to this location. Every time, I have, the staff IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND SUPER PROFESSIONAL. Much more than my Chase Bank Branch 1 block away. Anyway, today was NO EXCEPTION. I was in a very foul mood because it's 110 degrees outside. They went out of their way to provide my poor soul water AND THE SUPERVISOR intials (JF) WAS EXTREMELY helpful in helping me get my IL State unclaimed (badly needed) check cashed. I am seriously thinking about dropping my checking acct and only using them. Will write a letter to the district manager now. They have exceeded all of my expectations.
