  Really bad service 6 people on the clock behind the counter, 8 people on the line.. But only one register open

  Loong lines, but it's open 24 hours, and the tellers are quick and friendly.

  Whoever says this is the best place or its great is outright lying. I came out here because I was working nearby. I've been here for over 20 minutes with no line movement. They closed 1 window and only left two open. The other one doesn't count because the clerk has been relaxing and talking to the 2 woman in there since I came there! Then they all have the nerve to throw a glare if anyone says something and keep conversating. I've watch the line moved by people leaving, not being serviced. The clerks faces and attitudes are painted with the zero f***s given status. I'm literally about to take myself to Flatbush and get service there. 12 service windows and they can't move a line of 12 the traditional way versus having them leave upset and disgruntled. Really. I wasted my time walking here. I want my time, breaths taken steps walked, looks at the Google maps and standing time back!
