  I came into PLS to do a western union transaction and I was having a bad day and Joselyn greeted me and turned my whole day around. She was real patient & nice helping me complete my transaction . One of the sweetest manager i ever met . I will gladly come back to this location just so she can present me with great customer service. Thank You Joselyn for helping my day turn around and leave with a big smile on my face.
