  Lazy dentist who doesn’t care about your well being. Will do unnecessary root canals and extractions. Exploits and insults senior citizens.

  Cheap and bad. Three root canals: cysts under all three teeth within 2-3 years. As I was explained by two (2) other dentists, this was Ploskin's fault: 1. the way he is inserting gutta-percha points results in the jaw damage; 2. on one occasion, he was too lazy to fill one of the root canals in a three-canal tooth. Two fillings: both fell out in 2 years. I had to pay $1500 to treat one cyst and more than 3000 for an abscess (sinuses were involved). Two teeth were lost. I have lost a healthy tooth under the tooth this dentist treated: he was too lazy to shape the filling properly. You may be impressed by his low rates, but beware: you will spend much more in a few years. If you hate somebody, recommend her this dentist: she will lose her teeth and money.

  Best dentist I have ever seen. Very professional, knowledgeable, with many years of experience.

  Patients beware!! He IS a good dentist, however, he only cares about the money and not your well being. He **always** wants to do Root canal and a crown which is $1000 instead of a filling which is ~$120-200. If you are old, do not believe him right away when he says dentures are better for you; SEEK A SECOND OPINION. DO NOT DO ROOT CANAL UNTIL YOU SEEK A SECOND OPINION BECAUSE HE ALWAYS WANTS TO DO ROOT CANAL.

  Experienced beyond belief. I'm an MD myself, and I was utterly impressed by his precise use of a complete sensory nerve block so that he may remove 3 Rotten, infected molars. All the other dentists panicked and wanted to refer me for surgery under general anesthesia. The BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Nabil A., MD
