::Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn. Grand Army Plaza, was originally known as Prospect Park Plaza. It is a public plaza that comprises the northern corner and the main entrance of Prospect Park in Brooklyn. It consists of concentric oval rings arranged as streets, with Plaza Street as the outer ring. The inner ring is arranged as a street that carries – Flatbush Avenue. The plaza includes the Soldiers' and Sailors' Arch, the Bailey Fountain, the John F. Kennedy Monument, statues of some Civil War generals. Several busts of notable Brooklyn people, and two 12-sided gazebos with granite Tuscan columns. All in all a nice wallk on a warmer day.

::The statues, structures and beautiful water fountain are nice areas to visit and to take photos of or with. They are a big part of the historical area and have a lot of history to add as well. You have a few places to visit near by as in the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Prospect park and Prospect park zoo, Brooklyn public library and some restaurants also. It's a small area to visit but I wouldn't recommend to stay a long time due to the traffic. Please be mindful if you bring small kids that they don't wander off, there is to much traffic around this area. Also don't wander off around the neighborhood unless you know where your going or at. Things have gotten a lot better but its always better to be safe and not sorry.

::Очень красиво. Пожалуй, так и должно быть на площади, посвященной тем, кто погиб за свою страну.
