  Lovely stop to relax in Astoria. Very small area but well organized.

  A jem of Astoria, Athens Square, is a lovely spot to stop by and observe the three statues of Socertes, Athena and such. As well as enjoy the design of the layout of the grid like rounded center of the square. Its a wonderful space to enjoy lunch after a long day as well as have a conversation. There is also a jungle gym on the side of the square if you would fancy to bring little ones. Overall, it really is a magnificent spot in Astoria that I recommend any resident or even traveler to visit. You will not regret!

  Nice park besides the drunks and homeless that hang out and beg in the summer. Also children's activity attendant was really nasty and caused a lot of problems with the kids and fought with many parents/adults which gives a bad example to kids...hopefully she won't be back next year! Besides that its a nice convenient park for kids of all ages. Lots of activities in the summer; music performances as well as plays or events for kids and adults.
