  Great service, and great prices. Aziz took very good care of us, beat every other store in price. When I received fridge I needed to have a small piece replaced. Called customer service and had Dominique help me though the process. Within 1 week everything was fixed and perfect. She followed through many times making sure everything was fixed. Extremely satisfied with ther store, customer service and most importantly my fridge.

  I bought a refrigerator from Plesser's and it was super easy and a great price. Eugene answered all my questions, processed the order and it was in place w/i 2 days. The deliverymen were friendly and efficient. I'd definitely order from them again!

  Always concerned making a large purchase from a business many miles away, but Plesser's is the best! Prices are great, but the customer service is just awesome! There was shipping damage to a dishwasher that I ordered and I signed for it before discovering it. Dominique made sure that the item was replaced as soon as possible and was in contact daily to make sure all went well. Dominique is just awesome!

  What a great place to do business with! I contacted them because they were the best deal on a hard to find 18" dishwasher to complete my appliances for a remodel. After I spoke with Gene, I cancelled my order with Home Depot and Gene saved me over $500 on the same appliances. What really sets them apart is how they handle things when things go wrong. Had a few small issues, One on me, one on the delivery service, so not Plesser's fault, but they helped me exchange the fridge that I had ordered incorrectly for the one I wanted, and were accommodating in compensating me for some cosmetic shipping damage that did not affect the function of one of the items. Dominique in Customer service was proactive in following up with me and made sure I felt appreciated as a customer. I appreciate family owned independents like Plesser's after a decade and a half of working in a corporate retail environment. They're good people. They also warehouse a good amount of their stock. Most Big box stores basically drop ship you the product from the manufacturer, so even if you order appliances from your local HD or Lowe's, they're just placing an order that's going to ship to you from some warehouse across the country regardless. so don't let the prospect of buying something from the East coast dissuade you. They will get it to you just as fast and way cheaper than a big box, and they treat you like a real person
