  Two unfriendly women waited on me. They seemed to have chips on their shoulders and attitude when my daughter and I stopped in for a beverage. Every one else in DC we encountered on our 3 day visit here were kind and polite to us except in this place.

  I found the staff to be quite warm and welcoming. Both ladies welcomed me with smiles and lots of information to answer my questions. I used a nift gift here with ease as well. I got a Mexican chocolate (dairy free) pop and a chaider (chai plus apple cider) plus a vegan brownie for later, all for $9.50. This seems very well priced for DC! I would go again if given the opportunity.

  Snobby coffee & pops should be the modified title of this supposed gr8 coffee shop. I paid $8 for a coffee & 1 slice of pumpkin bread. Today 10/25/17 will be my first & last visit. They didn't even have proper fitting lids for the sml (reg) sz coffee. I had to ask multiple times which is just bad form. Coffee tasted good, but not worth the expense nor the trip.

  Great little ice cream place. Cookies and cream, strawberry ginger lemonade, and coconut cardamom are all great choices. Good value and restaurant vibe.

  Honestly, I've been hesitant to try Pleasant Pops because I'm not the most into popsicles, but then I found out they also act as a coffee shop complete with pastries and coffee. The second of their two locations, this Pleasant Pops serves downtown DC and their clientele are office workers who want their coffee to go. Because of that, it's a smaller shop with just a few seats inside and out. They serve Ceremony Coffee and offer a few standard coffee shop pastries like muffins and croissants. If you need quality coffee, go here!
