  Worst of the worst, Woman at counter is just plain nasty. No concern for customers and as rude as can be. Best to stay away

  I took my husband's kilt here to have a buckle sewn back on. Upon picking the kilt up, the work wasn't done. Brought it back the following day and instead of the buckle being sewn the slit where the strap goes through for the buckle, was completely sewn shut, leaving me to scramble to find a seamstress on a Saturday evening who can fix this. I then brought it back Monday to bring to their attention and to see if I can get my money back for work that I paid for that wasn't completed! I was told no! Horrific customer service and I will never recommend them to anyone!
