Great parking location in downtown Tucson. It's right between Congress and 4th Avenue.

Paid for my ticket but left it at the machine so pulled into the exit and asked how to proceed one guy said the machine only took card which was fine until the big sketchy guy working 1am 12/16 was all you got cash? Took my five dollars and then just scanned us through without paying the machine. I don't mind paying twice cause I lost my ticket but I don't appreciate being scammed by some loser ass employee.

Just had my evening at your restaurant (HiFi Kitchen) ruined. Arrived at 7:30pm Friday for our company Christmas party. Centro parking had the "lot full" sign out so myself and others caravaning to your establishment had to drive around the corner parked two blocks away. We noted a sign said no parking without a permit during posted hours. Looked for a sign saying the "posted" hours and couldn't find one posted anywhere in the vicinity (430 E. 9th st.). So we made the assumption that posted hours are business day hours and like the 3 cars parked next to us guess we were all WRONG. So at least a half a dozen of us who patronized your business just got burned for $62.00 each, thanks for an evening to remember. I can't help but feel as if we were railroaded into this trap. Traveling on unfamiliar, poorly lit roads after being denied parking in the building where we had dinner reservations and forced to park on back streets with NO lighting and inadequate signage. Now I have to schedule a court hearing and lose a day's wages to contest this ticket to a judge that could careless about the struggles of the hard working tax payer that would not have been able to afford dinning down town in the first place if it wasn't paid for by my employer. My wife and I will not ever be returning to your restaurant. Instead I will be bitching about the experience to everyone that will listen for months to come. You can thank the city of Tucson and there B.S. messed up parking for the disservice to your business. Sincerely agitated,

It's useful to know that you have to take your ticket/card with you. Unless you read that on the entry card, you wouldn't know that you have to carry it with you because they don't use signs to convey valuable information like that. I ended up walking all the way back to my car, then back to the kiosk to pay in cash before I left only to learn that my card wasn't valid. So, I had to pay twice what I expected to pay to park. I'm not sure what is wrong with all of the other garages in the country that have you pay from your car as you're leaving but this garage has decided to do things differently. Last time I use that garage.
