  Update: I received a call from Ahmed the owner and Rania the store manager apologizing. While I am still not happy with what happened, I understand mistakes happen. I will give them another try. Situation: I took my bike in for repairs and was given an estimate of $255 to fix it. So I bought a new bike and left my old bike for donation to a local charity because it was not eligible for trade in. Instead, when I went back 2 wks later it was for sale for $200 with only new cables and chain. The store assures me they are fixing this error. Staff and store manager Rania are helpful and knowledgeable.

  If you are looking for a place that will guide you in the right direction this is the place. They will spend a ton of time trying to figure out what you are trying to accomplish, what your budget is and then advise you on the best options from there. They will never push you to do something your are not 100% prepared to do. I would tell my family and friends to shop here without giving it a second thought.

  I cannot get over how amazing the people who work here are. They are resourceful, kind, and truly want to help people reach their goal, whatever that may be. The group training offered has prepared me for my first triathlon and an overall lifestyle change. It was also a great way to meet like minded people that allowed a fun training experience.

  My wife and I are first time riders looking for a simple road bike for 300-400. We walked into the small store and were immediately greeted by James. He had several options within our price range and adjusted the bikes so we could test drive them outback. He stayed with us for a good 30-40 minutes answering questions, adjusting the bikes, and letting us test drive. The customer service was excellent and we walked away with two bikes that we love! The total price for both of our NEW bikes was 800 with a kickstand and water bottle cage included. They also gave us some great discounts at the register!!
