  Unwelcoming staff did not even look through the bag of items I had for sale and despite my hovering near the counter did not bother to alert me when my offer was available. There are much better places to sell your clothes and with their ridiculously low offers, you'd be better off donating them anyways.

  Complete waste of time! I waited 40 minutes only to be told my items (which were mostly new & unworn) were not 'in style.' The clothes being sold in the store were way overpriced, seeing how shabby & worn they were. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go here.

  Selling review: I've noticed every Plato's Closet barely buys clothing & usually because they are too 'worn' or 'stained'. I find it strange because they do sell a lot of worn & stained clothes. Selling clothing is usually a disappointment so don't go with high hopes. Shopping review: I always find great things at Plato's. When I need to stock up on jeans & shorts I go there because they range from $5-15 $20 being the most. I found some good items not complaining. The staff was ohhhhhkay. I like thrifting so I would definitely come back also because they have a big location.

  Hearing the pandora commercial and then actually going are two different things. Gently used brands shouldn’t have an expiration date. If I never wore the clothes I should be able to sell it but according to them they are looking for “in clothes that are at least 6-12 months used” and he told me that a lot of my clothes had stains on them. Which they didn’t because I spent hours going through them!! On top of it the clothes they have on the rack ARE stained. Then to wait 30 minutes just for them to not really look through my clothes and have the bottom of the bag untouched and the clothes they did “look” at thrown on top. They said they would take my shoes for $5 but jokes on them because they left them in my bag. On top of it they were in constant conversation and I saw one person on the floor actually doing something. Shout out to the short haired girl! Overall don’t come here and expect anything, buying or selling. Unless you want to take the clothes off the mannequin because of course those are nice!

  Waited 30 minutes and not once did they look at our clothes they also said to us that it needed to be from the mall within 3 to 6 months. Not anywhere did it say that on a sign or a commercial. Do not. Do not. Do not come to this store they are all trash people with trash lives and look 30. They are all fake. Fake smiles and just talking within themselves not helping anyone. If I could go a lower review I would. They also said that a lot of our shirts had stains on them and could not be taken. There where shirts in the store with stains on them. Good luck and I hope god is with you if you go into this store
