  This is not Platinum Card Care, it is Mavis Tire. The shop on Goffle Road is a Scam! Told me they rotated tires. Tires weren't rotated because I had them marked. They said they forget, and rotated them back . BS! Liars! Also, told me I needed shocks, break and steering fluid. Already had a tune up, car needed nothing. Charlie would be upset if he knew what was happening to his old business. I won't be going back.

  I have been there several times with very different issue on multiple cars. It is so nice to find a shop that is both honest and very capable. I would highly recommend to anyone....something that I rarely do.

  I suspected that a shop down the street was overcharging me for parts, and were they ever. Turned out they were stuffing the estimate with unnecessary repairs, on top of parts marked up 2-300% the actual. The guys at Platinum repaired exactly what was needed, promptly, and Charlie basically saved me over $2,200 as far as what I would have paid just down the street!

  Just got my tire changed there. I called them last night just before COB and they let me know that my tire was in this afternoon. Fixed it while I waited - about 30 min total. Gotta like a place with some characters. Good price, too. They were cheaper than Midas down the road.

  You better ask for prices before you get something done. I was in there for an oil change and tire rotation, which came to about $30. Did it fairly quickly, no problems. I then take another car there 3 weeks later and same service is $50! Paid it without paying attention and then see the bill when I got home and realized they charged me $5 per tire to rotate them. $20 to rotate a set of tires after an oil change is B.S. Never going there again, thats for sure. Half a mile away on Goffle Rd they do an oil change and rotation for $25. I'm the fool for not going there.
