  I work at a dealership based in North Carolina and we send them any out of state paperwork that we are not familiar with. They are helpful, patient, and friendly. Highly recommend them from Belmont, NC!

  "Beware of Jeanie, EXTREMELY RUDE" When I was dealing with Two representatives over the course of last year to get our plates switched over, it was a great experience: both of the individuals were professional and respectable. All that went out of the window once "Geanie" or Jeanie" or whatever her name was took over the line. Never have I spoke with a more disrespectful woman. Never even let me talk to the people we did repeat business with when I requested to speak to them by name, as if I was not good enough of a human to communicate with whom i choose. Looks like this will be the last time my company deals with Plateman. How unfortunate.

  As a NJ motor vehicle dealership clerk, I need quick and efficient processing of out-of-state motor vehicle work to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The staff at Plateman delivers on these needs every time! They provide a quick 3-4 day turn-around time on almost all the deals I send them and they are a pleasure to deal with! Professional and courteous!

  A pleasure to deal with. Jeannie was patient with myself and all the questions I had. The services was beyond what I was expecting. The turn around time was amazing. I would recommend you to anyone that asks and will be using your company from now on. Jeannie took the time to explain to me step by step and everything that was needed to have a smooth transaction and not have anything being delayed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in dealing with the company.
