  If there was negative option it would suit you well. I used to donate here and they are horribly staff not only that but they dont pay attention to what are supposed to be doing instead they hang out at work talking. They apparently arent trained very well because my fiance keeps getting stuck & every time he comes home hes got bruise the size of a steak on both arms. Id rather go to csl they might not pay as much but at least you dont spend 3 hours getting to the booth.

  I'm sitting here while I write this review. Yesterday i sat for HOURS b4 someone said anything to me. i wasnt allowed to donate after being here for over four hours. Nevertheless Mrs Shawn was very nice and told me i.could donate.tomorrow (today) with.no delays.. However that was NOT the case. I have been sitting here now for over a HOUR.. They ARE NOT BUSY. I go to.see what is taking so.long and was.informed.that.the nurse went on break!!!!! They have been open for 2hours and shes already on break?!?!.. Im just annoyed.. Noone said anything to me they were gonna let me sit here for god knows how LONG... The pic will show how UNBUSY they are. My conclusion.is they're either short staffed or the staff is EXTREMELY relaxed and goes at their on pace.. If your a new donor plan to be here for MORE than Four hours..

  I'm taking my plasma elsewhere... Smh. I have been loyal to this business because it is close to my everyday living... But I can not donate another 3-4 hours, or this new SCHEDULE ONLY that will be starting in APRIL... I have many experiences in this Grifols good and bad I'm not trying to trash them because some employees actually try to make the best out of a situation and work quick, attentive and with a smile on their face and I understand everyone has bills to pay. That being said I do think there needs to be a MAJOR RESTAFFING in this facility... Then maybe that will show the staff "WE ARE NOT DUCKING AROUND!!!" and they'll step their game up. Until they do this will be my last week.

  Far behind any other facility I've ever visited including their sister location Talecris. Extremely slow and impatient staff. Even though their customers are apt to leave them alone, the employees seem to have trouble handling even medium traffic of business. Aside from an initial visit at any other center, I've never spent more than 2 hours waiting. Here at Plasmacare, I've waited 3 hours as an express visit and typically wait 4 hours or more just to be screened no matter what time of day I come in. My initial visit took 6 hours! Extremely slow and unprofessional. The staff is rude and impatient. Take your plasma elsewhere after taking advantage of their promotions. They currently give $50 1st 2 visits and $75 for the 3rd. After that, they deserve nothing less than your absence until they get it together. CLS Plasma takes no time to get you screened and donating. You just wait in line for a few minutes if not at all and are seated to donate immediately. Like night and day in comparison. Do not waste your time with Plasmacare unless you NEED the new donor fees... in which case, be prepared to WAIT!

  The staff there treat you like your trash and in jail... They have an old guy there named Mike that wants to be a thug and a gangsta the guy Mike the thug came at me all wrong one day had sum words and the manger well if that's what you want to call him Anthony another want ta be thug that works there told Mike he could fight me after they ripped me off for 49$ the thug came outta two locked doors in to the hall just to find out that I'm not dumb and was going to defind myself told him to step outside and loose his job and get whooped then the thug turned around and went BK inside n the thugs pr me lol
