So many bad reviews for the same thing. I cannot get a refund for containers delivered in pieces (I refused delivery in accordance with their online policy). I too have filed with the FTC. I am out over $1000. Now, after promising quick resolution through Paypal, nothing. And now no responses. Wish there was a no star rating,

This place is terrible. DO NOT order from them. I ordered 2 containers from them the beginning of November. I was told they would arrive Mid Dec. By the end of Dec I called to see what was going on and they said that the cast broke and they could no longer make the pots I ordered. They said they would send me an email with comparable containers. The email never came. Finally i was able to see the pots they thought were comparable. Not liking any of those options I asked for my money back. They said that would be no problem (this is now the end of Feb mind you). It is now the end of April. My credit card has not been refunded. A formal letter of complaint has been written and a letter to the better business bureau has been sent. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Another thing I forgot to mention is that when you call customer service during normal business hours half the time they don't answer and the other half they say that you are number 1 or 2 in queue, leave you on hold for 30 mins and then disconnect the call. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service and a very poorly ran business.

Placed my order in September. Took me 2 weeks of non-stop calling and faxing just to get them to acknowledge my order and send me a confirmation email. Customer service representatives didn't answer calls or emails at all. I was calling them regularly to find out the status of my order and shipping date. I was told different stories every time. I was told 4 times that my order was going to be shipped within 2 weeks, and once I was told that it was going to be shipped within 1 week. This company stinks. Check their reviews on Houzz, where a lot of people have been cheated and never got their merchandise. Check complaints on Better Business Bureau, this business' official name is Plantscapes, LLC, you will see multiple complaints and negative reviews. They obviously think it's ok to lie the customers about shipping dates, to ship merchandise a year after the order was placed, to not answer calls and emails, to be rude and never apologize for being so horrible. I finally received my order 4 months after it was placed. The planter I wanted with sub-irrigation doesn't have one, and the one I wanted without sub-irrigation came with it. After all this waiting I didn't even get exactly what I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Planters look great on their website, but they seem to be just a bait to lure you into nerve-wracking experience.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. They have THE worst customer service. We ordered a planter on 7/17/15. I was told that the container would ship within one to two days. I called back the following week inquiring about the status and was told that the container "is about to ship out" and that we should be receiving it by 7/28/15 or 7/29/15. I called on 7/29/15 for another status update and was told that they would have a tracking number for me most likely by Friday 7/31/15. I told Stacey that I would like to cancel this order based on incorrect shipping information which was given to me twice. I received an email confirming that the order was cancelled but that, according to their shipping rules on the website, a 25% restocking fee would be charged due to not cancelling the order within 24 hours. Ridiculous. I am waiting to hear back from a supervisor.
