  Amazing place to go for wellness checks, sti screening, annual/PAP visit, Gender Affirming Care, etc. They also offer a sliding fee scale for different visit types/testing.

  Scam. They denied me an ultrasound that I asked for and instead made me do a useless colposcopy. That led to my ovarian cyst being undiagnosed and untreated until I finally got an ultrasound. To add insult to injury, they took our $255, then took another $255 from our insurance, and STILL haven't paid us back! It's been TWO YEARS! I've been calling, writing and reminding them REGULARLY. What a nightmare, not only did I live in unnecessary excruciating pain longer, I also got my money stolen by them.

  I had hoped that I would have a better experience here than in Hamilton but it was just as unpleasant. I showed up early and filled out my chart and was still made to wait 30 minutes passed my appointment time while people that came in after me where called back. This will be my last time using planned parenthood as this has been a continuous issue for the passed year that I’ve been getting depo. I’ve signed up for the first appointment time available and not been called for 40 minutes. I will now be getting my birth control through a gynecologists office and I recommend anyone else do the same if you’re unhappy with your experience here. The staff always has an unpleasant attitude and it’s just overall a bad experience when I’m already feeling overly emotional by the hormones.

  I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate the staff here is. It’s not an easy place to be at for many, but they love on you the whole way through.
