::Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and still waited an hour. Don’t know why they were taking so long but it’s ridiculous that I call to schedule an appointment and they see me when ever they want to. What’s the point of coming in with an appointment if I’m still gonna wait more then an hour! (Currently still waiting😒)

::Showed to my appointment on them if not 10min early, just to wait another hour, they were running behind but what upset me is that people showed to their appointments late and still been seen before me which was not fair they should prioritize the people who came on time.When I asked why people are going before the front desk person said her appointment was at 2:50, like I checked in at 2:50 that person was not there in fact she showed up 20min late and proceeds to slam the window with an attitude. They should definitely revise how they take appointments and train their staff better.

::This is a great clinic. They warned me when I arrived that they were running behind. They asked if I was okay with waiting and offered to reschedule me if needed. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes (which is exactly how long they told me the wait would be), but once I was called back, I got great care. Everyone was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. They all thanked me for waiting and were very thoughtful.
