  They never listen to a word of what I have to say about my own body and instead f continue to prescribe me medications that I have had traumatizing, endangering past experiences with. If you come here, you'll have to find a new doctor anyway and your money will be wasted.

  I won't lie, I used to be anti planned parenthood due to their abortion options. However I was very uneducated on PP. I've been to many doctors and many emergency rooms for my issues and I have never been taken seriously or they always push medicines on me without even testing anything.. it was not only 1/4 of the cost but with just one visiy they asked me 500 questions took everything I said seriously and ran multiple tests to rule out certain things. Planned parenthood has been a blessing to me.

  Literally worst customer service ever. Ladies can’t be bothered to take a phone call without an hour long phone wait, and when you can’t make an appointment because the online services are down and the phone are inoperable, they basically turn down service to walk ins. Might as well be shut down.

  My experience here was very fast and helpful. I had a specific concern and they determined what was wrong quickly and got me medicine to help. I loved the staff, they were all very friendly. I would go back again!

  My experience here was very helpful. I was going in for a pregnancy test and was feeling very vulnerable and worried. I got there a few minutes late so I did have to wait a little while so they could squeeze me in. It was maybe a half an hour wait. The receptionist was very nice, helpful, and professional and so was the rest of the staff. Once I went back, the appointment didn't take too long. I took the pregnancy test and then they gave me an abundance of information. They answered all of my questions and more. I really am thankful for planned parenthood, they've given me the support and information that I need and would've otherwise had to pay a lot more out of pocket for an appointment somewhere else.
