    The nurse and doctor were both very friendly and thorough. My entire visit took 30 minutes from check-in to check-out and the procedure (mirena removal) was free with my insurance. Also, the procedure itself was very thoroughly explained, quick and virtuarvi painless.

    I thought planned parenthoodbwas a client that supposed to accept everybody insurance as long as they have insurance but I guess not TEXAS has the worst planned parenthood ever and they do not work with you what so ever on payment plans

    I'm not sure why this place only has 2.8 stars. I came here anyways even though the reviews were low because it was the closest to me. The staff were all very polite and helpful and the nurse and doctor all were very knowledgeable and comforting. I had blood drawn and the nurse did it without any problem like I have had at other places. The wait was much quicker than any "real" doctor's office I have been to. I made my appointment same day and was still seen right away. They all definitely know exactly what they are doing and they are there to help you not make your life harder. Thank you!

    I had an appointment at 4pm on 3/13/18. It was a great visit! I dealt with 5 people during my visit and every single one of them was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thumbs up guys!

    I give one start because at my first consultation appointment I was very pleased with timing, information, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. However I was dissatisfied when I had to reschedule my second appointment. I chose to get a medication as form of procedure. I had to reschedule my appointment because my mother could not keep my two year old. I don’t understand why it takes 24-48h just to receive a returning call, just to reschedule the original appointment... as if days, and weeks does not matter when you need to get this done ASAP. I think that is very inconsiderate and cruel. These procedures should be prompt as possible for the sake of being humane as possible. I’m very disappointed and saddened for my own situation.
