  I do not write reviews very often but I felt this one was much needed since good customer service seems rare nowadays. I was in desperate need for a birthday gift for my boyfriend and 2 days beforehand found out the prior gift i ordered for him was on back order. I was never even given any notice and a bit frantic. I finally found something very unique with this company but I was skeptical to get the item in time . I called and dealt with 2 women (one being Karen) that were wonderful. She suggested me do the overnight to ensure delivery. Five minutes later she called me to tell me 2 day shipping will still ensure I get the gift in time (saved me money - I am happier). She then called me another five minutes later to even provide me the tracking number. Great company and I will use them again. THANK YOU
