  Even tho the work was satisfactory, the lack of communication/willingness to work with me makes me not want to go back :( plus the prices listed have never been what they charge me, it's always more. But...is it typical for the hair dresser to go in the back 5 times to keep mixing color? I have a lot of hair, she put the dye so heavy on my roots so the time she took to keep going in the back to mix a little bit more and keep saying, "oh I didn't mix enough" the color was really dark on the roots and some long pieces underneath didn't even have color on them. For $268.00 every single hair should have had color on it. I asked for an over-all color NOT faded or balayage or multi-color. Literally blonde hair underneath, with no color. I still liked it (even tho it wasn't what I asked for) & I tried to call back to talk to her about it & what I wanted for next time but for some reason I never got connected with her. I still have the text conversation saved if the owner cares to see that the person in charge wasn't helpful or interested in working with me. Whoever is in charge of that is rude and did not convey to the hairdresser.

  Not very often I get my hair done and actually feel good. My daughter comes hear too.

  Best hair salon in Wichita! Always offered coffee or cold beverage, then get my hair colored in a great artistic atmosphere with hand selected music every time! Been going here for 15 years!

  What do I love about Planet Hair? It begins with the team environment creating a true family culture. Tod, Linda and Graham are wonderful people who genuinely care about their stylists and those they serve. I have been enjoying Planet Hair' services for 7 years now so almost everyone has cut & styled my hair and it has always been a great experience. Highly recommended! 👍

  My apprentice stylist worked with me to decide in a flattering and easy to care for haircut. She styled it beautifully. She was sweet but still very focused. My haircut was easy to style the next day. I am so pleased! I chose an apprentice stylist to make the haircut more affordable, it was as good as the regular stylists- so shhhh! Don't let the secret out- let's keep these great haircuts cheap!
