  good place to workout, I gave 4 stars due to an employee telling me I couldnt upgrade to get the buddy pass. then the next day another employee upgraded me. selective staff

  I got a lock stuck on the locker in the women's locker room, the key broke off and I had to leave my stuff there and possibly pay for a locksmith for which I didn't have the money. The staff totally solved the problem over night by calling someone in and I am so grateful for there dedication and service by taking the lead and solving the problem. Thank you so much to the management and staff!!!

  The assistant manager Nick always makes me feel welcome and comfortable when I'm at the gym. I've been going to this location since it originally opened and Nick has always been kind, respectful, courteous and overall just a very friendly person. If a situation or problem arises I can be assured he will handle it quickly and with the utmost professionalism. PF is very lucky to have somebody on their team like Nick!
