  This place is a total fraud. When I signed up with them they never told me it was $58.00 to cancel on their so called promotions. You don’t get a copy of your contract. You pay pro-rated fees only to be told that there are 13 months in a year. No trainers are available. When you raised these issues the front desk make further fraudulent representations. These people are not professionals they just make all type of fraudulent representations to potential customers to rob your credit card.

  Great location, availability of machines, accommodating and helpful staff, however, they need to do something about the sewer stench coming from the basement.

  I am terrified going here. One bad apple can spoil the entire gym. I was involved in an altercation with an employee at this gym. A trainer was shouting at me and I definitely felt threatened. During the altercation I thought he was just a member but after my workout I saw him training a group of people. He was very ignorant and aggressive towards me. I don’t know if he was reprimanded however I won’t be renewing my PF after this experience. He caused a scene over something really small. I can’t believe an employee can act like that at work. I’m now on my tippy toes since this is the most convienient location for me until it ends.

  Stinks, in every sense of the word. It always WREAK of gym funk SO HEAVILY! The black card message chair area smells like a dead rodent! It's super small. The basement/ floor workout area is WAY TOO SMALL and they have the nerve to have "classes", you will be literally stepping over people down there it's horrible! You have to do your best to find space to do any mat/ floor exercise even when there's not a class in session, most of the time laying in between machines is your only option. It's the worst! On top of all that the customer service sucks in particular the front desk! Not bad people just too catty, unattentive and unprofessional. The last time I went I saw that they had about 3 employees "in training" so hopefully the quality of customer service will change and become better. One change at a time I guess. I have family and friends that drag me to this location because they do not want to travel. Just a gym for you to go in and get out, for a quick workout...use the machines and go.

  As of lately it stinks especially when you go downstairs it smells like a rodent or rodents have died and the smell is terrible it’s been smelling like that for weeks! On top of that I also saw a mouse. The bottom floor is too small there are barely any mats and there is no space to do any exercises on the floor. There also is not enough equipment you’re literally fighting over equipment because it’s so limited. Definitely going to find another gym
