::I live in Dallas but stopped by this location due to traffic. I was there not even 20 minutes because the equipment is completely run down. I love the space, but equipment is in severe need of an upgrade.

::I've been a member of PF since 2013. I love the atmosphere there and the employees are always so nice. I've been out the gym almost 2 yrs due to having my leg amputated and I just recently started going back. I had an encounter with Derick as I was leaving the gym my first day back. He was very nice and seemed very concerned about my well being while I'm working out. I drive from Kennedale to the Ft. Worth location because, like I said, I love the atmosphere and the employees at that location. PF meets all of my workout needs. I'm a satisfied gym member.

::I personally have not had any issue with Planet Fitness but today my wife went in to join and was treated very horribly, they acted like it was a bother to even have her come in. Didn't offer any information about the difference between the memberships until specifically asked, didn't offer her a tour as a new member, and the lackluster attitude of the front desk staff was appalling! I asked to speak to the General Manager about how she felt and he was so flippant and very defensive. He stated that he didn't see anything wrong with the way his staff was and wouldn't apologize for anything. I told hime that's not the way you do customer service and was told that he had been in customer service for a long time and he didn't have a problem. I am so annoyed, I have never had a problem with PF before, needs a new GM that actually understands what customer service means and how to actually teach his front desk staff to care about new people coming into the gym. Corporate Office needs to do something about this, go if you don't ever expect help from the front desk. Derek the trainer there is awesome and I am sorry that he has to pick up the slack from the rest of team with his amazing personality.
