::The Manager Justin and a group of about 5 planet fitness workers are incapable of transferring a planet fitness membership from Austin Bluffls planet fitness in Colorado to North Plank planet fitness in Newburgh. Me requesting help with it is Justin's justification for not letting me get a membership either way. He said that he ok'd it with the boss, but I doubt it. He would not let me contact his boss and his subordinates were not giving me the phone number to their gym in fear of upsetting manager Justin, or incompetence even in the simplest manner of getting a phone number for the buisness that they are employed in. And receive a paycheck from somehow... not sure what the do do there...

::Staff is rude and unprofessional. Tried to cancel my membership and they lied to me about canceling it. 4 months later they are still charging me for a membership and refuse to stop. I don't recommend dealing with these people at all. That's why I switched to Gold's Gym. Way better staff and no shady business practices.

::This gym is awesome the staff that works behind the desk is friendly, courteous, very professional. The equipment is excellent. You want to good workout go to planet fitness

::Great gym. When I used to go it wasn't that good. I actually used to hate going there but I guess after their renovations the gym became a lot nicer. Had great customer service from an employee when seeking out prices. It's affordable and has what you need. Would recommend.
