::If you go early morning or late at night, you will have nearly every machine to yourself! Peace and tranquility....😉

::Fairly quiet during the morning, sometimes cardio machines go down, but there are usually enough to be ok if it’s not crowded. Nice & clean. Pizza day is cool... just work it off on the treadmill ;)

::Just transferred to this gym, after having used the location in downtown Brooklyn and another in California over the past two years. All things considered, it's the only gym of the 3 I've been to that has all of the equipment I like to use during a workout, which is awesome. As others have noted, however, the spacing is very cramped. Not necessarily because it was designed poorly, but basically because there are too many machines in a small space, particularly in the basement. This makes walking around awkward and potentially dangerous. My main issue is with etiquette amongst other gym goers. Some people wipe down equipment, but there's still a large minority who don't. More signs around the gym requesting people to wipe down would be beneficial to everyone. Also, there should be signs up asking people not to monopolize a specific machine for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. I've had people stop me in the middle of lifting for approaching a machine that was vacated and beginning to use it. People should stay at the machine and finish their sets before moving on to other exercises. Management: clearly people could be better educated about proper gym etiquette. Do your part.
STAMPEDE THE BLOCK
::Severely overpriced start up cost for membership. The place itself is adequate but it's definitely for beginners. (Dumbells only go up to 60)! The main issue are the people using the gym. Too many cocky advanced weight lifters in there. These dudes need to go to a real power gym. If you I can find a good time to go where it's not crowded, go for it. Blink might be a better choice and it's in the same neighborhood just a few blocks over.

::Crystal, the general manager refuses to pick up her phone and won't call back. Planet Fitness has been charging me a monthly $15 late fee since April 2017. I've been trying to address this issue for months, it is now October 2017 and I am now getting a response about my issue. I lost my debit card back in March 2017 and I went to Planet Fitness to update my billing info (I was just trying to be responsible). It turns out that the employee that updated my billing info did not put my new debit card information as my primary billing info, but as my secondary (which is a backup account in case the first attempt to collect membership payment fails). Of course, the first attempt would fail because it's the debit card that I lost and is the whole reason I went to planet fitness to update my account. It is now 7 months later and the manager now understands the issue and is willing to fix the problem, but is not willing to refund all the late fees I've been charged. I have now been paid over $100 of late fees because of a mistake that a planet fitness employee made (which even the manager expresses that it was due to poor training). I'm not even begin offered a credit. This is super frustrating and disappointing. I've been very patient and respectful throughout the whole process. As a customer, I feel disrespected, and I don't feel valued. I've been trying to get someone to pay attention to this issue for months and have invested so much time to get MY money back.
