  Plandome Service Center is my go to whenever my cars need any kind of service. Patrick, Sal and the whole team are very professional, nice and courteous. I highly recommend Plandome Service Center.

  I’ve lived in the area for over 25 years. The Fitzpatrick Brothers are hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics. They hire good people and they follow through with their promises. I have brought them all my cars: from a beat up Saturn to an older Mercedes Benz to the family Suburban to my little Audi A4. I trust these guys. They have a new facility next to their original service station, with state of the art tech gear and computerized inventory and customer reminders. But the real asset here isn’t the the technology: it’s the people. Bring your cars here and they will run for a long time. Highly recommended.

  I needed a last minute annual safety inspection and they were able to accommodate me the following day. They said it might take up to 2 1/2 hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a text from them 1 1/2 later saying the car was ready and they found no additional work was needed. How often does that happen? Even better, the text message contained exactly was was done as well as pics of dings to the car they noticed. They also said they will send me a text/email reminder next year when the next inspection is due. I like it that they seem to be using technology to improve customer satisfaction. They also said they have the equipment to handle Hondas, so I might just give them a call next time something goes wrong since the neighborhood Honda dealers have not gotten exemplary reviews.

  Pete, Dennis, Sal & Chris and crew are awesome !! Their service is simply top-notch and knowledge is unrivaled. They have now serviced all 3 of my cars (1 domestic, 2 foreign). My most recent service involved an wheel-alignment after hitting a curb with my front wheel. A thorough diagnostic and adjustment has the car driving like new ! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plandome Service Center to anyone with any make of car !! Bob T local resident
