  My experience was terrible. I was told my laptop would be fixed in a week. A month went by without them reaching out to me. Everytime I called them they told me they'll call me back. One day about 7 weeks later I went to go pick up my computer and the screen was cracked and they told me I've must have cracked it before I gave it to them.
