  They charged us double for one coffee one cheesecake and a bottle of water. When we claimed it to the cashier she said she could not give us our money back because she did not have access to the cash. No manager was available to give us a refund. It took over 45 minute for a " manager" to show up with a pissed off face and give us the money back. No Apologies, no nothing. These people are horrible, they are trying to steal in your face and when you claim otherwise they make up excuses. Never felt so disrespected in my life. What is left of Southern Hospitality!!!

  Staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee is amazing.

  Went to the one in Jackson Square NOLA everyday while we stayed there!! AWESOME iced coffee and the staff are super nice !! Wish we had them in Illinois!!They kick Starbucks butt!!:)

  Good coffee, varied food selection and friendly staff. If you plan to arrive before 7am, use the hotel lobby entering. The front doors are locked.
