  Horrible service. There was a woman in line in front of me who, apparently, the barista hasn’t seen in awhile. I get that you would like to catch up, but don’t ignore the ONLY OTHER PERSON that was in line to ask about everything that has happened since you last saw them. I’ve heard horrible things from the people that work in the hospital about this store, but decided to try to give them a chance anyways. They need to fire and hire new people.

  Fast and friendly service... most of the time. Best coffee in the hospital but that's really not saying much. Decent food. Overall good.

  Staff was rude. My wife was at the hospital for a procedure so I stayed with her as long as I could. When she went back the cafeteria was closed. I came here. The lady was very short and rude as if i was a bother. I sit and definitely noticed a difference in the way she treated people. Some people she was nice and jovial and some she treated like she had treaded me. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate. The quick bites looked and tasted old
