::I have to admit that I was skeptical going in, given all of the hype. I am a HUGE pizza fan and have spent countless hours making my own dough and trying a variety of cooking techniques (including wood fired ovens). So I had to visit Bianco when I was in town. I ordered the Margherita Pizza and it was truly fantastic. The crust and cheese were very good, but those two components really weren't unique compared to other high quality places. What puts it in another league is the sauce. It's hard to describe but the tomatoes here have a sweetness that I've never really experienced before, and that makes all the difference. Really great...and now I'm a believer.

::The pizza is always great. The ingredients are high quality and the service is second to none. The "Wiseguy" pizza is phenomenonal. The smoked mozzarella, fennel sausage and caramelized onions are a perfect culinary amalgamation. Definitely try the lasagna too it well worth it.

::To have a pizza place of this caliber in Phoenix is incredible. For it to live up to the hype and expectations is unbelievable. Pizzeria Bianco is everything everyone says it is. The flavors are phenomenal and the crust is crisp on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. It really is the absolute best pizza you can get in this city. I highly recommend it!

::The Margherita pizza is amazing! Fresh and deliciously cooked. This place never disappoints. The food that was served to us was so appetizing and even had a lovely setting. The staff was friendly and they make great pizzas with fresh ingredients. I will definitely give them a try if you are in the area!

::I’ve been to Pizzaria Bianco a number of times. The food is five stars each time. This last time however I felt like the wait staff wanted my wife and I in and out quickly. There wasn’t a line of people waiting outside and we were seated as soon as we arrived. In a perfect world I would give the food five stars and the service four. I will go back next visit to Phoenix to see if I can get a relaxed five star meal.
