::Really nice staff! We were in Houston to compete at World FTC robotics Championship and had to feed everyone on a public school budget. The call center failed to add a pizza to our order, and the location gave us the extra pizza after I got the runaround on the phone. We had a large robotics team to feed and would not have had enough to feed them all! Use online ordering and avoid calling in b/c Pizza Hut uses a central call center and it's terrible. The pizza was excellent.

::This pizza hut is the worst ran, worst employed pizza hut I have ever been too. Easily. . .the owner of this location is either a moron or flat out doesn't care at all about how this place is ran. Demographics is the only thing holding this place up. I'll never spend money here. It makes me not wanna buy pizza hut anywhere as well. Obviously corporate hasn't been to this location to check how things operate.

::The ppl here are so nice, i came here mad at pizza hut. Bit the Manager on duty and the young lady at the counter made me feel better and it wasnt even there problem. The location on Westheimer was the ones that messed my order up. I hate having to go through the call center to male my order. The could have gotten a 5star if the puzza have more meat and cheese. But it was amazing for the situation

::The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NEVER PLACE AN ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! For the first time I placed a delivery order for lunch to my place of employment, a high school in the local area. The order was for two adults and we placed it at 10:50am to ensure that we would have it before our lunch period was over at noon. I called twice and was told both times the order was on its way. The order didn’t arrive until almost TWO HOURS after the initial call. I received a text message from the delivery driver at almost 12:40pm stating your order is in the office!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN!
