  This store used to be terrible but since it has come into new management (as of approximately 2 weeks ago) the change is night and day. The pizza I ordered was the best quality pizza I've had from pizza hut in a long time and i definitely plan to continue ordering from here in the future. If you have had a poor experience in the past I highly encourage you to try again as it is not the same store anymore by any means. Also met the new manager when I picked up the pizza, she seems nice and as though she actually cares about the store. Absolutely blown away and much better than I was expecting. (Pic is pepperoni lovers and a classic cheese pizza, both with extra crust flavoring because that's how I like my pizza)

  Ordered & literally with concerts never received our order!!! Called the message stated fullfilling orders...Tried to be patient due to traffic only to see 2 hours later that my purchase had been refunded. No phone call! By far the worse service EVER! Should have gone with dominos!!! One star is more than this place deserves.

  I ordered a pizza last night online at 6pm, the pizza was suppose to be delivered by 7:15, I didn't get my pizza till almost 9pm. I even called around 8 to find out where in 7 hells was my 1 pizza that took them 1hr and 15 minutes to make and was on hold for almost an hour, I also called on a second phone with a different number and someone was able to help me. I completely understand that they were busy but seriously my pizza was suppose to be delivered by 7:15 there is no excuse for that. I however did get a complementary pizza for this foolish mistake but I don't know if I want to even order from this location and if I do i'm probably going to have to pick it up. I'm extremely dissapointed, I didn't even get to eat my cold ass pizza for dinner last night.

  We ordered pizza to be delivered and it was over an hour before we got it. When we cold to find out where is was all they would say is it is on the way. Ever bit of our food was all cold.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR. i ordered online with a card. The transaction went through they took over and hour and a half to deliver my things and when they came they try to tell me that my card didn’t go through. I got transferred several times when asked to speak to a manager and many of the employees were so rude. They tried to tell me maybe it was my bank so I called them and my bank told me that the transaction went through. They also told me that the Pizza Hut tried to charge my card again ! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order from this place in their life the place needs to be shut down Or under new management save yourself the time and just order from another place
