  It had been a while since I'd visited the restaurant but i was craving a sandwich so my niece and i went in. I would give this rating a 5 but that would be more for the server Jonathan who provided excellent service for us! I made sure to let the mgr know as well so hopefully he'll stick around knowing PH employee turnaround is high. I know. I used to work here many moons ago 😉

  I ordered a family box with the 2 pizzas wings & cheese sticks last night at around 10PM. Estimated time of arrival was supposed to be 25-35 mins...which came and went with no pizza...I called after an hour just to see what the holdup was. The gentleman who answered politely advised me that they were reduced to ONE driver and were doing their best to deliver to multiple locations. I felt horrible for him and assured him that we were fine waiting and would do just that. The driver called to confirm our location and he was just as courteous. Good attitudes go so far...and although my pizza was about 1 1/2 late, I would order from here again because these guys didn't let some short-handed staffing overshadow their customer service skills.

  Para comenzar la pizza se demoró cantidad...cuando la entregaron estaba sin suficiente queso y mala calidad. Nadie responde por nada. Al llegar a mi casa recibo mensajes de mi banco que me habían cobrado la pizza sos veces es decir el valor real de 8.65...y después un rato más tarde 9.65...no entiendo porque me cobraron doble...o si es prácticamente una estafa... To start the pizza was delayed amount ... when they delivered it was without enough cheese and poor quality. Nobody answers for nothing. When I arrived at my house, I received messages from my bank that had charged me the pizza, which is the real value of 8.65 ... and then a little later 9.65 ... I do not understand why they charged me double ... or if it is practically a scam ...

  Wow...this location has a man named David and I watched him clean like no business. He was so on top of his tables and just so pleasant. Just a good hard worker. I go places and think how lazy these people are. But this guy just made me proud. I ordered my food as dine in and I'm glad I did. It was hot and perfect. Thanks David for a great experience.
