  i waited 40 minutes for it, and when the man gabe it to me, he said take it ib a rude tone. when i opened it it was soggy and disgusting. it looked like a pimp made it.

  It started off as a rather difficult experience but after some conversation with the manager she was able to work out a reasonable resolution that made me more than happy with my experience and definitely willing to come back to this location very clean inside and presentable business

  Three slices of pizza were missing cheese upon delivery, and the the deliver man didn't have parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper with him... it was in the car. Called and spoke with an egregious employee won't mention her name. Manager agreed to replace with no charge and I am grateful. Just hope the Service tightens up for customers. Merry Christmas.

  I am glad they did not mess up my order. Pizza was good with onions and Mayonnaise . They did not forget to customize it.

  Ordered a pizza online, paid for it, and after around 2 hours I get a call saying they had an emergency and they aren't delivering pizzas. The guy on the phone was rude and short, refused to provide any explanation or compensation. He said I would get my money back in like 3 days but I never got any confirmation email or anything about my order being cancelled or refunded. I think they got robbed but their customer service still sucks. Update: yes the got robbed. After complaining to corporate they offered me a $20 gift card but I told them I didn't want it. I won't be tricked into paying for more of their overpriced pizza, and like a $20 voucher could get me much of anything. I have ordered from three other local pizza joints and every one is cheaper and better anyway so thanks Pizza Hut for showing me how much more I have been spending for bad pizza. I endorse every other pizza place because everyone else outdoes the hut!
