  Long waits for delivery and cold. To get the pizza perfect it would have to be carry out.

  Computers down, tell person you name millons times, gives you someone pizzas about 4 times. But pizza was good

  Horrible customer service, we ordered 2 pizzas one with regular sauce and one with extra sauce. We waited almost 35-40 minutes for our pizzas. Just to get home and have NO sauce on either pizza.. called them, they made us wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for our new pizzas.. for those to have no sauce either. We found this out after getting home.. we called and spoke to a manager as she proceeded to tell us the people making the pizzas are professional's. So we waited yet another 30 minutes .. when we got there the guy who made our last 2 pizzas comes up to us very rudely, and proceeds to tell my boyfriend "what's wrong with the pizza" my boyfriend said cause there is no sauce. And he then got aggressive with my boyfriend asking him to take it out back to fight him. I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut what so ever. It's terrivle, and the employees are disrespectful and have a very bad attitude when they make mistakes.

  Wish I could give this joke of a restaurant a 0 rating! I Will Not be returning to this location EVER again! Terrible customer service when a customer ask to speak with the manager (brittany) but she would not come up and speak with me at all is 1 very unprofessional and a poor thing to show your employees to do to customers. First I get there at 7pm they tell me my food is in the ovenafter ordering at 630. By 732pm I ask if my order is ready or not. Just to wait another ten minutes, to be told they had two of the pizzas but had lost the other. Not by the manager but by a young man working trying to figure it all out for me. Finally was told I could have the two now cold pizzas by the young man! Not once did the so called store manager acknowledge my request to speak with her! It’s pathetic I had to end up taking my business somewhere else because this location couldn’t get off the cell phones and get a simple order together! This location has probably ruined my family ever going to another Pizza Hut again, we will take our business to another pizza chain! This location should be shut down! Unorganized and unprofessional at its finest!!! I really wish I would have gotten the young mans name who was helping me, because in my opinion he should be the stores manager. He was very professional and willing to try to help. I would give my experience with him a 5out of 5!
