  I originally used uber eats. I usually have a great experience except they never deliver drinks when i order them. Everytime...ever.... Its late and i cant leave the house and im craving something delicious to drink. Who can i call. None of my friends are available so im like....hey! Why not pizza hut. I ordered three two liters. They would have delivered just those for me! It made me feel weird not ordering anything else so i ordered wings. Best lemon pepper wings, i surprised myself. Also the guy on the phone had such an easy going pace, great manners, and i was so happy because you dont get that any more. He made sure my order was correct. The delivery driver was so great! Extremely polite! Its literally starting to storm out and this guy is out here kicking butt at deliverys. Im more than satisfied with my experience and even though it wasnt uber eats it made my whole night. Manners, professionalism, and strong work ethic. You rock current employees at pizza hut!

  I ordered a large pepperoni and green bell pepper with garlic butter hand tossed crust...there were literally five pepperonis, 6 bell peppers and no flavor in the crust. Their wings came naked with sauce at the bottom of the box you could rub them in to hopefully get the flavor you ordered. They should honestly feel as corrupt as they are taking peoples money through false advertising and not giving people what they pay for. For shame.

  Ordered a dinner box last night. One pizza was missing sauce completely, the other was missing a topping, ordered extra cheese and there were large patches without any cheese on them at all, upgraded to cheese sticks - no dice, the wings we ordered weren’t sealed up properly and the sauce (buffalo) leaked all over one of the pizzas making them incredibly soggy. The only good thing about our delivery was the girl that delivered it. She was very nice.

  Ordered 2 pizzas the other night online. One pizza was correct, the other had BBQ sauce on it when it should have been tomato. I called and they said they could give me a credit for a free pizza. When I went to redeem the free pizza, they wanted to charge tax and deliver fees again. Wouldn't be a big deal, but they were trying to charge me 5.86 on a pizza that cost 8 dollars. Doesn't seem like a free pizza to me. When explaining the situation to the manager she hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone. 20 rings later I got a different person. I've had awful customer service twice now and I will not be back. Just a heads up to those who plan on doing online orders.

  Cool BBQ place with great vibe and good food. I will say that I have had better BBQ, but then we probably all have. But for Jackson, MS it's pretty darn good. I prefer a spicier BBQ sauce but this has a nice flavor. The meat is cooked long enough to be super tender. All the fixins' are there (onion, pickles, extra sauce). I do with the meals would come with bread, though. Atmosphere is great, down-to earth and casual.
