  Placed order by phone. Would be ready in 20-25 mins. Arrived within time, went through drive thru to pick up pizza and was informed it was still in oven. Asked to move up and pizza would be brought to me. Waited lengthy time and went inside to ask for order. Pizza was ready and sitting inside hot box. Pizza was not hot and fresh when I received it. This is not first time this place has made mistakes with my order. Next time will use different Pizza Hut.

  They use to be a lot better. Now they're toppings are getting to be where you can't tell they're even on there and also now they charge extra for pan pizza. Now I'd rather just go to little caesars and get the extra most bestest and save my money

  HORRIBLE SERVICE, I END UP GETTING A REFUND. PLACED AN ORDER FOR MY WORK CREW AT 10:30 FOR AN 11:45 PICK UP. GOT THERE AT 11:47 NO PIZZA, WAITING UNTIL 12:25 STILL NO PIZZA. AND THE ON DUTY MANGER DIDNT CARE.
