  Worst pizza hut experience ever. Will never order pizza from this location. Expect a 2 hour wait and have to go pick it up yourself due to them not answering the phone. I wish 0 stars could happen. Horrible customer service. Manager is unacceptable

  Horrible customer service. Got hung up on and put on hold. Cant comprehend basic instruction and don't know how to improvise to meet customer needs. If i can put no stars i would. The manager " Robert" is an idiot.

  This place is horrible! I had an unpleasant experience with the food. The employees seem careless and all they want ones money. The pastas i ordered were not filled as they usually are at other locations. One tray was half full and mostly sauce while the other tray was full with barely any sauce. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager in charge and it’s an ordering hot line. During the transfers I kept getting disconnected. These people obviously don’t care about their service and quality of food. Yes, it’s just Pizza Hut BUT it’s unacceptable.

  I went to pick up my order for 2 pizza's, and wings at 10:50pm. That is 10 minutes before closing. Kiara who i believe is the manager from reading all the other reviews said that my order had been place by the call center for the next day. I advised her that that doesnt make sence. "Who orders 2 pizza's and wings for the next day". I asked her if she can make it now, and she refused saying that the ovens were turned off before closing time. She also said that all the food was already prepared for the 2 hour delivery wait time. I advised her that that doesnt make sense. Why would all the delivery orders be premade when the delivery time is backed up for 2 hours. She was very rude, and should not be working customer service. She had a hand written name tag. That's weird! I'll take my chances with Domino's!

  Seems like a regular pizza hut at the door. Once past the door you realize it aint a regular pizza hut, with its bullet proof glass and call speakers. Friendly staff and I should mention is a very popular pizza hut to order from, especially at 11:00pm.
